We must have a 30 day written notice in order to process your move out. If you would like to move out in the middle of the month, you may do so but you will be charged prorated rent. We will need the 30 day notice paper attached to your lease addenda to complete your move out notic

**If your lease is still up, but you received a military order, please let us know and bring a copy to your office**
Terms and Condition
I understand that my lease must have expired and the 30 day notice is required prior to vacating the unit or I will be charged a Termination Fee. I also understand that I am responsible for all the terms and conditions of my Lease Agreement, including those specifically addressing Security Deposit, Termination, and Cleaning Addendum.The date given on this form is a definitevacating date. Any changes must be communicated to the management office in writing, and shall be at the discretion of management. I understand and agree that if I fail to vacate the necessary lodging accommodation for the incoming resident during my holdover. Upon moving out I realize that I must pay all my rent, which will be prorated through my antecipated moving date. It is also my responsibility to schedule a moveout inspection with the Manager. I understand that I must be completely vacated from the premises, leaving it in clean condition, at the time of inspection. Re-inspection fees will be assessed if required.
